Brad Grover, CFO
has more than 20 years experience of financial and operations experience with a variety of companies. Brad has served as Chief Financial
Officer of several technology companies, including Micron Electronics, Inc. While at Micron Electronics, Brad also held several other
positions including Corporate Controller and Director of Manufacturing Operations. Prior to that Brad held various positions with Scott
Sports Group, Inc., an international manufacturer of sporting goods, including Vice President of North American Operations and Director
of Finance, European Operations. Brad began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in its Audit and Business Advisory division.
