Dual Site Operations
Western Electronics is one of the few Tier III CEMS companies to have dual site operations, which enables Western to respond to upside demand
requirements of our customers much more rapidly than our competitors. We typically qualify our Strategic Customers at both facilities, to
enable flexibility to respond to demands, and maintain disaster recovery plans for them. Since we have common processes, IT Systems, Equipment,
Quality Systems, with a centralized procurement department, we are able to re-direct raw materials and respond accordingly to demands.
