The material content in our business demands that Western Electronics have a superior Supply Chain Management prowess than that of our
competitors. We have an experienced team of supply chain professionals assembled who have a wealth of knowledge from both within the CEMS
Industry and the OEM Industry. This blend of experience enables us to successfully manage the varying materials demand of our customers.
Clearly we must be competitive on our materials pricing, but we also need to mange the inventory risks of non-cancelable/non-returnable
materials and minimum order quantities (MOQ’s), both on behalf of our customers and ourselves. As such, we maintain a number of key
distribution partners and direct OEM direct relationships, where required, to deliver to our customers the total lowest materials cost.
